How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked online. A confirmation email with your receipt will be sent after booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is applied toward your final total.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You may reschedule once within the same month. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
What happens if I cancel late or don’t show up?
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge and a potential ban from future bookings.
Are emergency appointments available?
Yes, emergency slots are posted on our Instagram and available via DM. A $15 fee applies.
What kind of hair should I bring for a sew-in?
We recommend high-quality lace (HD, Swiss, or Transparent). Hair must be dropped off 4 days in advance.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Refunds are not offered. Any concerns must be discussed during your appointment for immediate resolution.
